Purchasing Card

The Ryerson University Purchasing Card program is designed around a BMO MasterCard that has been set up specifically to support Ryerson’s purchasing and related policies. The Program replaces most low dollar value purchase orders.  The card may be used at any merchant or service provider that accepts MasterCard, except where blocked as noted in the Purchasing Card Policy and Procedure.

Monthly statements (10th of each month) are provided to each cardholder to review and attach original receipts for approval.  The complete package is forwarded to financial services for reconciliation.  Any cardholders failing to provide monthly reports may have card privilages suspended.
