All Undergraduate instructors must submit their Winter 2017 grades:
Wednesday, May 3, 2017 by 4:00 p.m.
It is critical to meet this University deadline for Student Records to process and post grades, and calculate academic standings.
As part of normal policy, Program Directors, Deans, the University Registrar, and the Vice Provost Students are notified of grades that have not been submitted by the deadline. Grading information is needed to ensure the accurate assessment of students' academic standings. Academic continuance reviews are normally held the day after the grade submission deadline.
If you are aware of a problem in meeting this deadline, please notify email@example.com (ext. 2292) as soon as possible.
Instructors may contact Operations Support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at extension 2292 for grading assistance.
Grading stations and in-person grading assistance are available at Operations Support in Student Records (POD70).
