Ryerson Student Awards Winners

The Student Awards and Scholarships office aims to help Ryerson students and staff with the Scholarship and Awards application process.

We play a central role in the establishment, set-up, promotion, and application process for all current student awards and liaise with program departments regarding their awards applications, assessment, selection processes and for planning and executing a variety of awards events. In 2016, we teamed up with RU Student Life to celebrate students with our inaugural Student Experience Award Celebration.

The categories below outline what is currently available for undergraduate studies:

The Pride Award for Diversity and Inclusion

Pride Toronto brings people together to celebrate the history, courage and diversity of our community. As a leader in the Pride movement, they aspire to unite and empower people with diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions. The Pride Award for Diversity and Inclusion recognizes an undergraduate student for their work in the LGBTQ+ community that has contributed to belonging, diversity and inclusion.

Please note: The Pride Award for Diversity and Inclusion is not currently expecting new nominations. Applications will be open in Fall 2017.
