The Capital Projects and Real Estate department is responsible for the development and construction of new Capital Construction projects, as well as analyzing and recommending real estate purchases and leasing transactions. Over the past several years we have directed a program of intensive expansion at Ryerson. We have expertise in the development industry, architecture, sustainable design, planning and construction.
