Imre came to Ryerson after 10 years of working in private security, federal corrections, the Toronto Courts, and Provincial Probation. She is responsible for supervising the administration of the department, preparing security statistics, and is a member of the Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Team, the December 6th Memorial Committee, and the Behavioural Risk Assessment Team. Imre has completed her Masters Degree in Criminology at the University of Toronto.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefer, Experienced in all phases of investigations, ie., participation in, breach of confidentiality, civil, criminal, student code of conduct and domestic investigations; preparation and submission of reports. Review internal information to launch investigation.Responsible to handle/co-ordinate any and all Investigations/follow-up that arises from reviewing the Occurrence Reports and require interviewing or building of a case history. Responsible to conduct other investigations as detailed by the Manager of Security and/or the Director. Participates in University committees.
