SMART Lab
The SMART Lab is located just a short walk from the urban heart of Toronto (Yonge-Dundas) within the new Psychology Research and Training Centre at Ryerson University. The lab facilities include 3 double-walled steel sound attenuation chambers (IAC), a recording suite with live and control rooms, and a main room with workstations and a meeting area. The lab equipment includes:
- Studio-quality audio recording equipment
- Video recording and tracking equipment
- Field recording equipment
- Pro Tools mastering equipment
- Sound level meter
- Electrophysiological test suite including: EEG, EMG, GSR, HR HRV, RR
- Facelab (facial animation and eye tracking)
