Extension Forms
To request for an extension to the deadline for an assignment, students must submit a Request for Extension Date for an Assignment before the due date.
Students who are unable to write an examination due to illness or an urgent personal matter are required to fill out a Request for Permission to Reschedule an Examination within three days of the missed examination date.
