Field Practicum Learning Plans
Students begin their field placement by establishing a learning plan with their Field Instructor. For more information about learning plans, contact your Faculty Consultant. Consult How the Year Unfolds - Important Dates for dates when learning plans are due.

Student Field Practicum Evaluation Forms

Work/Education Placement Agreement
All students in unpaid placements are covered by WSIB or private insurance. To ensure that the cost of WSIB/private insurance coverage is paid by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, a Work/Education Placement Agreement must be completed before a student's first day of placement.
Consult WSIB/Private Insurance Coverage for more information, including the procedures to follow in the event of a placement related injury or illness.
