If you want to know more about the content of the course/class, contact the teaching department. Where do I go for advice about what courses I need to graduate? For answers to questions about what courses you need to successfully complete your degree, go to the 'my academics' section of RAMSS to run an Advisement Report. Part-time students should request a manual audit at Curriculum Advising. (See also Academic Matters: Graduation).Check the FAQ's at www.ryerson.ca/curriculumadvising What is an Advisement Report? It is an on-line advising report that will assess your progress to date based upon all courses you have taken, received Transfer Credit for or, are enrolled in to determine which ones are or are not applicable to your graduation requirements. You will have an up-to-the-minute report of the curriculum requirements that you have or have not met. When can I run this report? At any time, but at a minimum you should run prior to enrolling in a class so you can see exactly what courses you need and once again, immediately after enrolling, to see if all enrollments are being used towards your graduation requirements. After final grades, you should run the report again to see exactly what course requirements are satisfied and which course requirements are still outstanding. How do I run an Advisement Report? That's easy; click the 'my academics' link in RAMSS, then click 'view my advisement report'. If you need help or more information, use the Helplink(s) on the Advisement Report page for general guidance and troubleshooting. Who can use Self-Service Advising Reports? All students enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program. Who cannot use Self-Service Advising Reports? Because of the often unique and individualized nature of the curriculum that they are following, Part-time undergraduate degree students; Advanced Standing students admitted prior to Fall 2006; and continuing education Certificate Students. Therefore, if you are entering your final year of study and need to know what courses you have yet to complete in order to meet your degree or certificate requirements, you should request a manual 'Degree/Certificate Progress Report'. Be aware that deadline dates apply.

Part-time program students: Refer to the part-time undergraduate degree studies calendar for the year you were admitted into the program.
