Media Services

Where can I borrow audio-visual equipment for my course work?

Portable presentation equipment is available for loan from Media Services located at KHE-227. There is a selection of digital (projectors, cameras), audio (recorders, microphones, PA systems), video (recorders, players, TVs, cameras), projection (film, slide, overheads) and miscellaneous (flip charts, patch cords) equipment for use in course-related projects.

What do I need to know about borrowing equipment from Media Services?

All first time users must register in person with Media Services, before they can book and borrow equipment. Media Services hours are available at http://ryerson.ca/ccs

You must have and present a valid Ryerson OneCard.

To borrow equipment from Media Services, you must first make an equipment booking by submitting an on-line form available at http://ryerson.ca/ccs. Bookings are made on a first-come first-serve basis.

Bookings are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled and the equipment will be made available to other customers.

Reserve equipment as soon as you know what equipment you will need. Don't wait until the day before you need it!
