Where can I buy books and supplies at Ryerson?

The Ryerson Bookstore is located on the corner of Gould and Victoria Streets.

Don't buy your books until after the first class - don't buy what you don't need!

Can I get refunds for things I buy at the bookstore?

There are no refunds on textbooks, only exchanges. Exchanges must be requested within five working days of the purchase date and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds for textbooks will only be given if a class is cancelled or if the student withdraws from the course. Details of this return policy are posted in the bookstore.

Computer hardware, and calculators may be returned if unused. However, they are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

No refunds or exchanges for special orders, sale books and merchandise, marked books or worn merchandise, any opened packages and computer diskettes (unless defective), clothing that has been worn or washed, art paper, and writing instruments. Exchange only on Chartpack lettering.

Bookstore Hours

(First three weeks of Fall and Winter semesters only. Closed on Saturdays the rest of the year).

Monday - Thursday 9 am - 6:30 pm

Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm

Saturday 11 am - 3 pm

Special shortened hours for the summer period and extended hours for September and January will be advertised specially.
