1. FEES ASSESSMENT: Fees are assessed each term/semester for the total number of enrolled courses and their respective course unit values based on your program and as assigned per University policy. Fees are charged and are payable for the full academic year by September 7, 2012. Students who choose to defer payment of all or part of their Winter 2013 undergraduate tuition fees will be assessed a $70 Deferral Fee. Late fees of 1.25% per month (16.08% effective annual rate) will be charged on unpaid Fall 2012 undergraduate tuition fees as of September 8, 2012 and, on unpaid Winter 2013 undergraduate tuition fees as of January 9, 2013. Students are responsible for all changes made to their academic record, and the timely payment of outstanding fees. Students are academically and financially responsible for all courses enrolled in, and fees incurred unless withdrawal has taken place by the appropriate University deadline date(s). If you are a returning student and have not gone through the Course Intention enrollment process, please refer to Money Matters: Fees Assessment Policies for enrollment and fee assessment procedures. 2. FEES STATEMENTS: Full-time programs: Fees statements are available @my.ryerson.ca, RAMSS tab, in August for the upcoming academic year to all returning students who participated in Course Intention in March and to all newly approved students who have confirmed acceptance of their approval. Part-time programs: Fees statements are available @my.ryerson.ca, RAMSS tab, in August for the Fall. Students who make adjustments to their academic record at any time are responsible for any fee changes that may occur and should come to Enrollment Services and Student Fees Office or go to my.ryerson.ca (RAMSS tab) for an updated Fees Statement. Fee payments are applied first to any previous debt, and then any balance is applied to the most recent debt. Non-receipt of a Fees Statement does not constitute a valid reason for non-payment of your fees (e.g., Ryerson doesn't have your current e-mail address). You are responsible for ensuring your fees are paid on a timely basis.
3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Full-time Program Students: Full payment of undergraduate tuition fees for the Fall 2012/Winter 2013 academic year is due September 7, 2012. Students who choose to defer payment of all or part of their Winter 2013 undergraduate tuition fees until after September 30, will be assessed a $70 Deferral Fee. Late fees of 1.25% per month (16.08% effective annual rate) will be charged on unpaid Fall 2012 undergraduate tuition fees as of September 8, 2012 and, on unpaid Winter 2013 undergraduate tuition fees as of January 9, 2013. Part-Time Program Students: Your full fees are payable each term prior to the start of classes. You will be charged a late fee of 1.25% per month (16.08% effective annual rate) on any outstanding balance effective September 8, 2012 for Fall, and monthly thereafter. 4. SENIOR CITIZENS: Students who are 60 years of age or over at the start of the term will have their tuition fee charges waived for their day school courses/programs. However, ancillary fees and course fees are NOT waived. ![]() | ||||
