Test/Exam Information for Faculty, Instructors & Staff

Online Booking Procedures

Once a student who requires accommodation through the Test Centre completes an online booking form on the Access Centre website, please:

1. Log-in via the Test Centre e-mail confirmation. This e-mail, which will arrive within 3 business days, provides a link to our secure login page.                                                           
   
   Ryerson Instructors: Log-in using your matrix ID and password.
   
   George Brown Instructors: You will be provided with a password.
   
   
2. Complete the booking: Please review and complete the booking to ensure accuracy of the information provided by the student. Details such as length, class date/time, and test parameters are needed to accurately schedule a test/exam booking.
   
   
3. Delivery: Kindly indicate how you will deliver a copy of your test/exam to the Test Centre.
   
   You may upload your exam (all electronic exams received at the Test Centre come to a secure location within the Ryerson firewall).
   
   You may also arrange delivery of the exam to the Victoria Building Lower Level, Room B21 (for Ryerson professors) or SHE 597 (for George Brown professors) at least 24 hours prior to the time the exam is to be written.
   
   
4. Alternate Formatting: For students who require alternative formatting, an electronic copy (ideally Microsoft Word) must be delivered to the Test Centre by 9:00am on the business day before the test.
   
   
5. Exam Return: Completed exams are usually returned to you within 3 business days of the student's submission. Provide appropriate and accurate details indicating how you would like the completed exam returned to you (fax #, email address, courier information, internal mail, or drop-off by Test Centre staff.)
   
   Please note: If your exam has not been picked up within 1 month, you will be contacted by Test Centre staff.
