Prospective Students
Registering with the Access Centre
Before starting classes at Ryerson, contact the Front Desk by calling 416-979-5290 or you can send an email to accessfrontdesk@ryerson.ca. A registration appointment with an accommodation facilitator will be scheduled for you so that academic accommodations can be arranged. Students are assigned a facilitator who will provide individualized accommodation support throughout the year. Please remember to bring appropriate documentation regarding your disability to your appointment. See documentation requirements.
Access Centre Late Policy
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. Thank you.
Accommodations for Non-Academic Admission Requirements
If you are applying to any of the programs listed below, and you require academic accommodations for a test, interview, portfolio or written statement, contact the Access Centre for assistance. To make arrangements for these accommodations, new applicants should send medical documentation to the Access Centre (see documentation requirements) as well as the following signed consent form.

This program is designed for students who have learning disabilities and is aimed at helping students to prepare for post-secondary education. The program is comprised of a series of training modules that are completed by students online. Students will learn a variety of valuable skills including self-advocacy, learning strategies and coping skills.
