Access Centre Computer Lab

The Access Centre computer lab is located on the third floor of the Library (LIB 386). Use of these stations is restricted to Access Centre registrants. Please contact the Access Centre for login details.

There are 5 computers located in the open lab area. Each station has Kurzweil 3000, Kurzweil 1000 (stations #2 & 3 only), Read & Write GOLD, Inspiration, JAWS, NaturalReader and Zoomtext Magnifier/Reader. Stations #4 & 5 are equipped with flatbed scanners and electric adjustable desks. These workstations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are also 3 private room workstations (LIB 386D, E, F) which have the above software (Kurzweil 1000 on 386D only), as well as Dragon Naturally Speaking. They are equipped with height adjustable desks (manual). These rooms must be booked in advance from the Study Room Booking link on the main Library website.

Please bring your own microphone/headphones.

All computers have access to printing using your Ryerson OneCard.

An accessible printing station is located in the Learning Commons on the 2nd (main) floor of the Library (beyond the first row of printers, past the Help Desk, on the right-hand side behind the pillar).
