Events

Ryerson Health Promotion events provide students with education, information to help them make informed healthy lifestyle choices that contribute to achieving success in academic goals and lifelong health and wellness. We strive to work in collaboration with students to provide events that support them in discovering their best options for choosing a holistic view of health and maintaining balance in their lives.

Health On All Sides

Health on All Sides is an upcoming event where we will not only be educating students on healthy eating, but also its relation to physical activity, mental health (including stress management and eating disorders), and smoking cessation. On this day, there will be games, physical activities such as massage therapy, free food, giveaways and prizes as we interact with and educate students on the benefits of healthy eating! We have a planned blood pressure station to take the blood pressure of  students as we educate them on healthy eating habits and physical activities that contribute to maintaining a normal blood pressure.

This event will take place Feb 16th from 10am-4pm in the Centre Hub and Credit Union Lounge (PODIUM)

We would like to thank our sponsors:
