Fee Schedule
The schedule below reflects 2013-2014 fees. For the 2014-2015 please expect a 3% to 5% increase.
All residence fees include rent, local phone calls, internet, meal plan, laundry fee, residence council fees and program fees with the exception of O'Keefe House where residence fees only include internet, rent, laundry fee, residence council fees and program fees.

Incidental Fees
There are a number of additional fees that may be applied to a student's account while they live in residence. These fees are applied to a student's account as a result of an action their part, this may include: a completed key or ID replacement request form, their behaviour, or their use of a service. The following is a list of the incidental fees for residence:
- Lockouts - fee based on occurence schedule
- Replacement Keys & Residence ID Card - $10 per key/ID replaced
- Community Standards Fines or Collective Billing - fee based on community standards
- Cleaning and Maintenance Repair/Replacement - fee based on the repair/replacement guide
- Room Switch Fee - $250 per request
- Orientation Fee - dependent upon the events for the year, you submit a request form to participate in certain events with the fees outlined
- Residence Formal Fee - dependent upon the event for the year, you submit a request form to attendvwith the fees outlined
- Long Distance - fee based on long distance rates
- Residence Year Book - dependent upon the book for the year, you submit a request form to buy the book with the fee outlined
