Paying Close To A Deadline

Before payments can be seen in your Student Fees Account they must be processed by Ryerson. This means payments do not show up instantly after you have made the payment.

Depending on the method of payment you chose these are the potential time delays before it's visible in your Student Fees Account:

• Online Banking ( 3 to 4 Business Days)
• Telephone Banking ( 3 to 4 Business Days)
• In Person at the Student Fees Office ( 1 Day)
• Mailed to the Student Fees Office ( Depends upon the speed of mailing; Courier with signature is more advisable than regular mail)
• Travelex Wire Transfer (2 to 3 weeks)

If you are paying close to a deadline we strongly recommend that you fax/email confirmation of your payment to the Student Housing Services Office before the deadline.

Delays are caused by a number of different things ranging from mailing time to bank processing time.
