International Living/Learning Centre (ILC)

Student Housing Services - Residence Accommodations

Although this residence is called the International Living and Learning Centre (ILLC) it is not just for international students; non-international students can live in the ILLC and international students can live in any of the residence buildings.

The ILC is an 11-storey, former hotel built in 1987, can accommodate 252 residence students in its extra-large rooms.

The ILLC also features: a community kitchenette on each floor, pop vending machines, a common lounge with cable TV, and laundry facilities. There is a cafeteria on the main floor of the building.

As with all of our residence buildings, first-year students are given priority for ILLC housing.

All residences are co-ed.

All rooms in the ILC have mandatory meal plans

Room styles in the ILC Include:

Single Room with Private Bath
