Residence Withdrawal Refund Policies
The Residence Contract is for a period of eight or eleven months. If a student wishes to withdraw before the contract has expired, the student must complete a Residence Withdrawal Package and hand it in at the Student Housing Services Office. The student assumes full financial responsibility until a replacement acceptable to the Housing Office has taken up residence and assumed the financial responsibility for the full residence fee.
All students who withdraw from residence, who are required to withdraw for any reason or who have their Residence Contracts terminated, will be charged a $400 withdrawal fee.
See the Residence Contract for further details.
