Online Application
The residence application for incoming Ryerson students will be available online beginning on May 1, 2013. The application is only available to students who have been accepted to Ryerson academically.
All applications must include a $400 initial payment in order to be considered complete (no personal cheques accepted - payment must be made by online, or telephone banking or mailed to the Student Fees Office).
Please read the Residence Contract prior to filling out the Residence Application Form.
Instructions for filling out the residence application:
- Create an eRez account and complete the residence application form online. If you have issues creating an account, please contact Student Housing Services as soon as possible, and BEFORE the June 7, 2013 deadline.
- Submit the application.
You should receive an e-mail confirming that your application was submitted. If you do not, please contact Student Housing Services at 416-979-5284 to confirm that your application was received. - Pay the $400 initial payment. Payment Options. If you need to make alternate arrangements please give the Student Housing Services office a call at 416-979-5284 or email us at housing@ryerson.ca. If you are making the $400 initial payment within one week of the application deadline (June 7, 2013), please send proof of payment to Student Housing Services. Proof of payment can be e-mailed to housing@ryerson.ca or faxed to 416-979-5212.
- Student Housing Services must recieve your application and payment by June 7, 2013 in order to be considered for the first round of offers. An application is not considered complete without the $400 initial payment. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays in bank payment, mail or other delays. If any such delays are anticipated, please contact Student Housing Services as soon as possible, at 416-979-5284.
- Wait for offers to be sent out on June 21, 2013, after 5 p.m..
