Maintenance / Cleaning Requests

Student Housing Services - Maintenance Requests

If you require maintenance or cleaning assistance in your room you must complete a work order request. To complete a work order request please complete the form below. You can also fill out a maintenance request at the Student Housing Services Office in Pitman 100.

Work order requests are completed on a priority basis. Please keep in mind that the beginning of each semester is a very busy time for the maintenance staff as they are receiving requests from a number of sources.

If your request is of an emergency nature (i.e. toilet flooding, broken glass, leaking water, all power off in room, etc.) please report to the Residence Services Desk in either Pitman Hall or the ILLC to deal with the situation immediately.
