Summer Housing
If you are looking for summer housing you should stay in residence!
Rooms are NOW AVAILABLE in the International Living/Learning Centre (ILLC) for the summer period!
If you wish to live in residence during the summer, please be aware of the following important dates:
| Summer Accommodation Period | May 1st, 2013 to August 16th, 2013 |
| Initial Payment Fee | $1,400 (Due with the application) |
| 1st Installment Payment | $1,400 (Due by June 21st, 2013) |
Meal plans are not available in the summer, residents will have access to the floor kitchen.
Students currently living in residence will be relocated to the ILLC summer housing rooms.
These rooms are only available to Ryerson students.
How to Apply:
1. Submit an online application through the eRez portal.
If this is your first time applying to residence, please click on the create account button first.
If you experience issues while registering, please contact Student Housing Services by email at housing@ryerson.ca include your full name and student number.
2. Pay the initial payment (payment methods). Bring proof of payment to the Student Housing Services office, PIT-100 or email to housing@ryerson.ca.
3. Summer spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Once you complete your application (steps 1 & 2) you will receive an offer of accommodation by the following wednesday providing there is space available.
