Please bring your health card and ONE CARD to each visit.

Pap Test Recommendations - Effective Jan 1, 2013
A fee of $53 + $35 (lab fee) will be applied for testing outside of new recommendations. More information can be found at Pap Test

Medical Center - Staying Healthy

Health Insurance

You will be asked to present your health card or UHIP card at every visit, if you do not have your card with you or it is no longer valid you may be required to pay for the visit.

Appointment booking

We require that you book an appointment to see the doctor. You can either call the Medical Centre at (416)979-5070 or drop into the clinic during business hours to set up a time. Please bring in your Health Card for every visit.
