Please Note

Hours of Operation

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Please remember to bring your Health Card and Ryerson One Card to each visit.

Pap Test Recommendations

Effective Jan 1, 2013
A fee of $53 + $35 (lab fee) will be applied for testing outside of new recommendations.

3rd Party Fees

There are fees that apply for services received from your physician which are not covered by OHIP.

Health Insurance

You will be asked to present your health card or UHIP card at every visit, if you do not have your card with you or it is no longer valid you may be required to pay for the visit.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Patients who make appointments, but do not keep them without giving at least
24-hours notice of cancellation, do not attend or arrive late, take away the opportunity for other patients to access services. As well, it results in a loss of income for physicians.

No Cellphone
Be respectful and turn your cell phone off when visiting the Medical Centre.

TB Testing
A fee for TB testing will no longer apply when required for admission to or for continued attendance in a day-care, pre-school, school, college, university or other educational institute or program.

However, a fee of $30 (first visit) and $15 (reading) will be charged if the TB testing is required for volunteering or for working within a hospital setting.
