Health InsuranceYou will be asked to present your health card or UHIP card at every visit, if you do not have your card with you or it is no longer valid you may be required to pay for the visit.

We require that you book an appointment to see the doctor. You can either call the Medical Centre at (416)979-5070 or drop into the clinic during business hours to set up a time.
