A Career Mentor is a guide and adviser to a third/fourth or final year student (Career Mentee) in regards to a particular industry or position. The Career Mentor is culturally sensitive and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The Career Mentor is willing to provide constructive criticism and encourage the student to progress towards their goals. Through participation in the mentoring community, the Career Mentor will continue to grow and develop strong leadership and communication skills while assisting a fourth year student with their development.
