P-FACS Application

Submitting an Application

Student projects help build a vibrant student life on campus. To ensure students with creative ideas are able to access financial assistance the Student Projects Fund was created. The Project Funding Allocations Committee for Students (P-FACS) allocates this Fund. P-FACS is a Committee of students with representatives from the five academic Faculties, CESAR, RSU and Student Services. Student Programs administers the Fund and chairs the Committee.

If you have an idea for a project that will require funds in order to get started, you've come to the right place! Ryerson University is committed to supporting student initiatives to bring academic, cultural, and recreational projects to life. So, if you are an undergraduate, graduate, or continuing education degree student with a great idea, please submit an application!

Access to the fund is easy. Fill in the online application form that is part of this website and your application will be submitted to P-FACS. You should receive confirmation of the receipt of your application within 2 business days. If you need help, please contact us at pfacs@ryerson.ca.

The P-FACS committee meets twice a month according to a pre-set meeting schedule during the Fall and Winter semesters. The committee requires that a representative of the group applying for funds give a short presentation at one of the meetings. Successful applicants receive funding within five(5) business days.

Secondary Application Process

To submit a secondary application, please create a new online application with the title SECONDARY APPLICATION: [Same title as original project]. *Please note that your secondary application WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless you have already been awarded the maximum amount of project funding ($5000).

Please follow the guidlines laid out in the process as follows: P-FACS Secondary Application Process
