Final Report
- The final report must be submitted no later that 2 weeks after completion of the project.
- The Report (that is a minimum of 2 pages in length) should outline the following:
- Main Objectives
- Key Achievements
- Details of any Difficulties Encountered
- Communication Strategy (how has the student body been made aware of the project and its outcomes)?
- Main contact person with current phone number and e-mail address
- Costs of Project
- Expenditures
- Other sources of funding/revenues
- Details of specific costs covered by P-FACS funding
- Balances (with refund, if applicable)
- Your final report must be signed by your project supervisor.
- Please submit a one-paragraph write-up about your event along with two or more photos to pfacs@ryerson.ca that can be put in the website photo gallery.
