Final Report
  1. The final report must be submitted no later that 2 weeks after completion of the project.
  2. The Report (that is a minimum of 2 pages in length) should outline the following:
  3. Report:

    • Main Objectives
    • Key Achievements
    • Details of any Difficulties Encountered
    • Communication Strategy (how has the student body been made aware of the project and its outcomes)?
    • Main contact person with current phone number and e-mail address

    Budget:

    • Costs of Project
    • Expenditures
    • Other sources of funding/revenues
    • Details of specific costs covered by P-FACS funding
    • Balances (with refund, if applicable)
  4. Your final report must be signed by your project supervisor.
  5. Please submit a one-paragraph write-up about your event along with two or more photos to pfacs@ryerson.ca that can be put in the website photo gallery.
