I am relatively new to Toronto but I love this project. To take an icon that was neglected for many years, and revitalize it in such an innovative way made me want to support it to show my pride in what Ryerson is doing.

I'm proud to be a part of this.

I can't wait for the new Athletic Centre to open at MLG --- I will definitely be taking my dad to show him my name engraved on the seat. #WeBleedBlue&Gold

In 1951, I was 10 years old, and I attended the opening game of the Maple Leafs along with my uncle Joe Noonan.  I had never seen white ice before and was waiting for Foster Hewitt to announce the play by play  so I would know who the players were.  I played hockey with the Ryerson  Rams (1961-1963) and enjoyed every minute of my three years studying  in the Business Administration course at Ryerson.  Great idea for Ryerson to acquire the former MLG and I look forward to visiting the building and skating on the ice later this year.

Robert Lendvai
My dad used to take me to see Leaf games at the Gardens. We always sat in the Greys near the top of the dome. As a Ryerson Grad I'm excited to see the rejuvenation of the building and proud to lend my support.

A once in a lifetime oppurtunity to be part of history! Imagine having your name permanently engraved on a seat inside the most historical building ever built in Canada!

Ryerson is definitely the place to be - I am very excited to see the new Athletic Centre - makes me proud to be a Ryerson Ram.

Students may not realize it, alumni may not realize it right now but this building will have a massive effect on our school, and what it really means to be a Ryerson Ram in downtown Toronto. It’s a catalyst and it will bring us all together in one central location.
