Dear Faculty Member,

You are invited to start filling in your RFA Annual Report for the academic year 2012-13.  As in previous years, your RFA Annual Report must be submitted online.  The RFA Annual Report online form can be accessed via:

• my.ryerson.ca, "RFA Annual Report / CUPE 1 Currency Report" link, or
• this direct URL: https://ccs.cf.ryerson.ca/facultyAnnualReport/.  If you are using this URL, you will need your Ryerson ID and password to log in.

Please note the following information:

1. The deadline for the RFA Annual Report submission is May 15, 2013, 4:00 p.m.
2. You can import responses from the tabular questions of the previous year's annual report (if available).  See instructions here: http://ryerson.ca/teaching/annual_reports/rfa_annual_report/whats_new.html#import
3. The Faculty Course Survey (FCS) report for Fall 2012 has automatically been attached to your annual report.  The Winter 2013 FCS report will automatically become attached after the Winter 2013 grade submission deadline for Graduate Studies (May 6, 2013, 4:00 p.m.)
4. We also invite you to try the new Faculty Curriculum Vitae (CV) application.  The application builds CV in OCGS format.  It allows you to import data from this year's annual report.

The CV application can be accessed via this URL: https://ccs.cf.ryerson.ca/fcv/ or via the link in the RFA Annual Report online form, last question (23. Curriculum Vitae).

The use of this application is not mandatory.  We would appreciate your feedback if you do use it.
