Dear Faculty Member,
We would like to invite you to start completing your 2011-12 RFA Annual Report. As in previous years, the Annual Report must be submitted online. The deadline for submission is May 15, 2012, 4:00 p.m.
To start completing your report, please do the following:
- Open the RFA Annual Report application located at: https://ccs.cf.ryerson.ca/facultyAnnualReport/
- Log in using your Ryerson ID and password
- Click the link "For RFA Members, Assistants, Chairs, Directors, Associate Deans and Deans"
- Click the link “Annual Report for current year”
("RFA Annual Report" application can also be accessed via the Blackboard (https://my.ryerson.ca), home page, “Hot Links” section).
There are 24 questions in the RFA Annual Report. You can upload supporting documents to any question. You can save your input and quit the application at any time and log in later to continue working on your report.
Please note that the Faculty Course Survey results for Fall 2011 are already attached to our annual reports. Faculty Course Survey results for Winter 2012 will be automatically attached to your reports soon after Winter 2012 grade submission deadline (May 3, 2012, 4:00 p.m.).
Also note that the following new features have been added to the RFA Annual Report application:
- Short description of the questions in the dropdown menu for easier navigation;
- Importing data from the previous year’s report (for questions containing tables). Click the IMPORT button located at the top of a table to get your last year’s data;
- Sorting entries in the tables. Arrange your entries in the tables the way you want by moving them up and down using the arrows in the first column of each table.
