Communications and Memos

Dear colleagues,

A large factor in the ongoing success of Ryerson is thanks to the achievements of our faculty, counsellors and librarians. In recognition of this, it is important to recognize those who have had significant successes or made special contributions in the three areas of Teaching, Scholarly, Research and Creative Activities and Service.

I am writing to advise you that the recognition awards for 2012-2013 are open for application or nomination. The Guidelines for the three awards for faculty members and for the Librarian and Counsellor award are set out in Appendix G of the RFA Collective Agreement and are available at the following links:

Please note members that received an award in 2010-2011 or 2011-2012 are ineligible.

I would encourage you to consider applying or nominating a colleague as the objective is to have a robust pool of candidates and to celebrate those who are continuing and furthering Ryerson's scholarly successes and engagement both within the Academy and beyond.
