WINTER 2013 FACULTY COURSE SURVEY (FCS) CONTEST

By completing the FCS online survey for the Winter 2013 term, you will automatically be entered into a draw and may be eligible to win one of the following prizes (the "Contest"): iPad mini (for day and graduate students), $100 value Ryerson Bookstore gift certificate (for students registered in a Chang School course). Entries must be submitted by April 3, 2013 no later than 6:00am (the "Closing Date"). In order to be eligible to win, you must complete the FCS survey for your course(s) and correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question located at the bottom of this page. All entries become the property of Ryerson University and are not associated with survey responses. |
ELIGIBILITY |
Entrants must be enrolled in a Ryerson University course that is subject to the FCS survey as of April 3, 2013 ("the draw date"). A contest entry may be made each time you complete an FCS survey form. This contest is void where prohibited by law. |
PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES |
On April 3, 2013 in Toronto, Ontario a random draw from all electronic entries with the correctly answered mathematical skill testing question will be conducted to identify two winners of two Contest prizes among day and graduate students and four winners of four Contest prizes among students registered in a Chang School course. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Closing Date. All the winners will be notified by Ryerson e-mail. |

The prize includes only what is specifically described and no other allowances will be granted. |
GENERAL REGULATIONS |
Any
prize winner who cannot be contacted within one (1) week of the first
attempt to contact such winner shall be disqualified and Ryerson
University will select a new prize winner. The prize winner shall
agree, if requested by Ryerson University, to have his or her name
and/or picture used for internal communications, including Ryerson
University media, related directly or indirectly with this Contest,
free of charge. The prize shall be accepted "as is" and may not be exchanged for an amount of money. No substitutions will be allowed. Ryerson University makes no express or implied warranty of any kind regarding any prize, including, but not limited to, the condition, quality, durability, or merchantability of the prize, or its fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in this Contest, all entrants (including the prize winners) agree to release and hold harmless Ryerson University from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising either directly or indirectly from the use and/or misuse of any of prize awarded pursuant to the Contest. Participation in this Contest includes acceptance of these Contest Regulations. All decisions made by Ryerson University are final. Any breach of the rules and regulations of these Contest Regulations by an entrant shall result in disqualification. |
