What type of student are you?

Full-time-you have a maximum of eight years to complete your 42 course degree requirement. You are restricted to a maximum of 7 courses a semester.

Part-time-you have a maximum of fourteen years to complete your 41 course degree requirement. You are restricted to three courses per semester.

Advanced standing/Transfer student- you have completed one or more years at another accredited post-secondary institution or at Ryerson, you may be eligible for Advanced Standing (admission to a level higher than first year/semester) and/or for Transfer Credit.

Direct Entry Full-time and Part-time -you have received Direct Entry (advanced standing) into the third year of our program. This means that you have already declared a Major/Plan to complete your degree and will be responsible for completing all of the courses in semesters 5-8 and pre-determined reachbacks.

Special Business student-you have completed an undergraduate degree and are now pursuing an accounting designation.

 Communication with Ryerson

It is critical that you regularly check this website for important information regarding school policies, announcements, important dates, and changes in dates and events that take place in the school. It is absolutely critical that you maintain and use your Ryerson Email account for all communicaiton with Ryerson faculty and staff. Only communication that is through a valid Ryerson email account will be considered valid or official.

final date to cancel an Application to Graduate for Spring Convocation

Victoria Day (University is closed)

Friday, June 1
Final date to appeal Winter 2013 final undergraduate and The Chang School grades or Academic Standing.
Students have until 4 p.m.

Friday, June 1
First date to apply for graduation on RAMSS for the Fall 2012 Convocation.

Spring 2012 Convocation

Week of June 18
Classes end for Spring/Summer undergraduate term classes that began in May (June 25 for Monday/Wednesday classes) and The Chang School Spring/Summer, Spring session classes.

Classes commence for The Chang School for the Spring/Summer 2012 term, Summer session.
