Biography:
Dr. Yi Feng is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University in Toronto. Her research focuses primarily on issues in corporate finance, especially executive compensation, corporate governance, and corporate restructuring. Recently, she also began research in the area of investments. She has published in Financial Markets, Institutions and Instruments and has also presented at a number of international academic conferences including the annual meetings of the Financial Management Association, the Northern Finance Association, and the Asian Finance Association. She currently teaches undergraduate courses on corporate finance.
