Biography:

Biographical Sketch:
Prior to joining the Ted Rogers School of Management as Assistant Professor, Marketing, I held senior research, marketing and advertising positions in public and private sector companies. I was made a Fellow of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association in 2002. The MRIA Fellows program provides deserving recognition to those who have made distinguished contribution to marketing research in Canada. I was one of the youngest candidates and one of only a handful of women to be so honoured. I completed my PhD (Management) at the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in 2010.

Research Interest:

My research concentrates on the intersection of the customer experience with the organization based on direct communication and interaction.

Specific areas of interest are:
1) Consumer resistance to innovation adoption, and the attitudes and behaviours associated with the resistance.
2) Understanding the resilience of paper artefacts.
3) Antecedents and consequences of distrust in the customer-organization relationship
