Biography:

Dr. Horatio Morgan joined Ryerson University in Fall 2010 as an assistant professor of Global Management Studies at the Ted Rogers School of Management. He received his B.Sc. (1999) and M.Sc. (2001) from the University of the West Indies; his M.A. (2005) and Ph.D. (2010) from York University and Simon Fraser University, respectively. Dr. Morgan undertakes a cross-disciplinary research agenda that spans the fields of international finance, small business finance, entrepreneurship, international business, international trade, and political economy. His current research primarily focuses on the economics of small business and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Ryerson University, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Grant Thornton LLP in their Toronto-based International Tax Services (Transfer Pricing) practice.
