RU Dining is a student run dining room located in TRS1-150 on the 7th floor of the Ted Rogers School of Management building at 55 Dundas St. West. RU dining is an experiential learning class in Food and Beverage Operation. Third and Fourth year Hospitality and Tourism Management students get a hands-on approach to the development and delivery of food and beverage services. The students work with TRSM's Executive Chef, Paul Huang and Instructor Brian Heasman.
RU Dining is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting the 3rd week of classes. Lunch is served from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Reservations can be made by calling the Hospitality and Tourism Management office, 416 979-5041.
