Hospitality Placement Centre

The Hospitality Placement Centre (HPC) is a volunteer student group comprised of first to fourth year students in the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. As Placement Centre Representatives, each is committed to helping hospitality students at Ryerson find full-time, part-time, and temporary or summer employment.

The centre provides a job binder, where a variety of current job postings, catered to the hospitality industry, are updated on a daily basis.

The Placement Centre representatives are available on a one-to-one basis for resume and interviewing consulting. The centre provides students with numerous resources that are available to assist students in job searches, such as directories, journals, guide books, sample resumes and covering letter publications, contact lists and university information.

The Hospitality Placement Centre also coordinates an annual Career Fair that take place in the Winter semester of each academic year. Industry leaders are invited to the school, which provide recruiters a venue to come and meet with our students first hand.
