On May 9, 2017, the Ted Rogers School of Management welcomed The Right Honourable Paul Martin, Canada's 21st Prime Minister, Chief R. Stacey LaForme of the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation and JP Gladu, President & CEO of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business, for a special Panel on Aboriginal Entrepreneurship.

The panel was moderated by CTV broadcast journalist Marci Ien and featured a lively discussion of the multi-pronged solutions that will be required to address systemic social challenges and empower Aboriginal communities to create sustainable local businesses as part of a long-term strategy.

The Ted Rogers School of Management is Canada’s largest entrepreneurship business school, making it uniquely placed to collaborate with Aboriginal communities in creating entrepreneurial business solutions.
