Background
Brent's leadership and objective based planning experience was developed over numerous years of practical work experience. Brent was in the Canadian Air Force, was with an internationally known clothing company and worked for two of the world's largest multinational companies, finishing up his corporate career as a Director of Marketing & Sales. From these roles, Brent managed a wide array of product divisions and generated year-over-year, double-digit revenue and profit growth through innovative strategic marketing and business stratgies. Strategies he brings to his own organizations today.
In 1999, Brent co-founded Falcon Innovation Group a Strategic Advertising Agency in Guelph and most recently an Animal Health Care Facility in London. Brent draws on all of these experiences and combines them with leading edge theory to help raise his level of instruction with clients and students.
Building on several years of university teaching, he joined the Ted Rogers School of Retail Management in August 2002. His teaching duties have varied from introductory courses to upper level subjects such as international retailing and franchising, to name a few.
If you want to learn more than you thought you could and be continually challenged to expand your mind, Brent looks forward to having you in his class.
