Technology Support

The Ted Rogers School of Management Technology Support Team is your first stop for technology-related issues in TRS.

We liaise with Computing and Communications Services (CCS), Media Services, the Digital Media Projects (DMP) Office and external suppliers to service your technology needs.

Excellent customer support and satisfaction is our goal.

Google Apps & Ryerson

Google Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing Google Apps. Firefox and Safari also work well. If you use Internet Explorer, only version 9 is supported, and some Google Apps features may not be available. For help determining which browser you are running, or installing a new browser TRSM faculty and staff may contact the TRSM IT Help Desk.

If you're an Outlook user, you'll need to decide how you wish to access your e-mail, calendar and tasks going forward. Here is some information to help you decide.

You may also wonder how to access your new account from your mobile device (i.e. smartphone, tablet, iPad, etc.) Please see the mobile device section of the CCS migration site for detailed instructions.
