Lab Assistants

Lab Monitors roam continuously during lab drop-in hours, and there is always a Lab Monitor available at the Student Technology Help Desk (a.k.a the Donut) in TRS 3-180.

What CAN Lab Monitors do for you?

Lab Monitors can help you with:

• Login problems
• Printing issues (including load paper)
• Wireless configuration (Ryerson network only)
• Diagnose broken lab computers
• Lab Lost & Found
• Enforce lab rules

What CAN'T Lab Monitors do for you?

• Provide tutoring or academic help (see the Tutoring Centre)
• Complete your assignment or project
• Assist with course-specific software
• Repair personal computers,mobile devices, etc.
