Box Office Policies

• Tickets are not guaranteed prior to payment.
• Ryerson Theatre School Box Office accepts Cash Only.
• On performance days, Box Office will open 90 minutes before a performance.
• Box Office daytime hours vary per production. Please contact the Box Office directly for more information regarding show-specific hours.
• Reserved, unpaid tickets will be held until 15 minutes prior to show time. At that point, any unclaimed tickets will be released to the public and the wait list.
• In the event that a performance is sold out, a wait list will be created. This list will start when the Box Office opens (90 minutes before a performance).
• Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance.
