Heather Grierson

Heather started with Student Services in the Ted Rogers School of Management in August 2012 and she is passionate about all aspects of student development, including student-centred learning, the transition to post-secondary education and student retention. Heather has a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Lifelong Learning: Policy and Management and has worked at Ryerson for 7 years.
Prior to joining Ryerson Heather worked in the financial industry. Passionate about volunteering, she has volunteered with the United Nations: Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and continues to volunteer with the Red Cross's Disaster Management program. Heather has lived and studied overseas and is particularly interested in cross-cultural issues in education.

Shawzma Multani

Shawzma came to Ryerson University in 2002 with a background in human resources management. During her time at Ryerson, Shawzma has held various positions across campus supporting students and staff at the Continuing Education Students’ Association of Ryerson, the Academic Integrity Office, the Office of the Vice Provost, Students, and Student Services in the Ted Rogers School of Management.
In her current position as the Student Resource Centre Administrator, Shawzma supports all services managed through the Student Resource Centre aimed at supporting student transition, enhancing academic success and connecting students to the campus.

Alexander Ruvuza

Alexander is a graduate of the Human Resources program at the Ted Rogers School of Business Management. He brings to the role a passion for student success and skills development. Prior to becoming a Full Time staff member, Alexander served students as a Breakout Facilitator in 2009 supporting the Strategies for Success Course (BUS100), a Peer Learning Strategist in 2011, a Full Time Planning Administrative Assistant in 2012, as a Lead Facilitator for the BUS 100 course in Fall 2010 & 2011 and as a Survey Analyst for the BUS 100 Course in Winter 2011 and also in 2012.
In his current position as the Student Success Facilitator, Alexander is the Course Facilitation Advisor for the Strategies for Success Course (BUS100) and manages Peer led Facilitated Learning Services such as Academic Peer Help (tutoring) and Study Groups provided to students by Student Services in the Ted Rogers School of Management.
Alexander is highly enthusiastic about supporting students as they navigate the Ryerson environment and pursue academic excellence and welcomes students in the Ted Rogers School of Management to contact him and find out more about how he can support them.
