Supplementary Forms: All applicants who are
not currently attending an Ontario secondary school in a daytime program of study
are required to submit a Supplementary Form - visit
Application Forms for details. Applications for admission will not be reviewed until the completed Supplementary Form is received by the
Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment .

Alternate Program Choices: Applicants wishing to be considered for more than one program at Ryerson must include all program choices on the applicable
OUAC Application Form. By doing this, students are automatically considered equally for each individual program.
Note: For applicants who have applied to Ryerson in a previous academic year: If the name on the application has changed in any way, proof of this name change (i.e. marriage certificate, notarized statement or other legal document) must be provided. Top |

Submit Required Documents and Information

Applicants must read Official Document Submission Policies & Procedures and arrange to submit, by all noted deadlines, the required documents:
- Officially Certified Academic Transcripts (see page 3 of pdf)
- Supporting Documents (see page 6 of pdf)
- Non-Academic Requirements (if required) (see page 6 of pdf)
- Proof of English Language Proficiency (if required) (see page 6 of pdf)
All applicants must arrange to have one set of officially certified academic transcripts including promotion/graduation status of secondary and all post-secondary education (whether or not you completed your program successfully) submitted directly by the issuing school and/or agency to: Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment Ryerson University 350 Victoria Street Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5B 2K3 Please note:

You are personally responsible for the submission of both secondary and post-secondary transcripts, regardless of the date of completion and the country of origin. Ryerson will not send reminders requesting required documents. All documents submitted to Ryerson become the property of Ryerson and will not be returned. If you subsequently reapply after pursuing further study, you must submit any new academic information that was not submitted in your previous application. All supporting documents and transcripts should include your Ryerson Number (issued to you after you apply) and/or your OUAC application number, as well as your name and the applicable program(s).

Applicants with circumstances that warrant special consideration may notify
Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment in writing, describing the situation and the nature of the exception requested. Ryerson is committed to reviewing each situation on a case by case basis, subject to overall competition and in keeping with the principles of fairness and equity for all applicants.

Track Your Application Status

- Visit After I Have Applied to review your next steps and responsibilities.
- Please be sure to add choose@ryerson.ca and noreply@ryerson.ca to your email contact list and check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss critical communications from us.
- Login to your Choose>Ryerson portal to view letters/documents issued to you and track your application.
- As an applicant you have access to "My Application Status and Documents" until September 6, after which time your Choose>Ryerson applicant portal will be deactivated. You are advised to print and/or save copies of any letters you wish to keep for your own records prior to September 6, 2013.

Ryerson reserves the right to terminate the application process without notice and to amend information presented as necessary at any time.
