Before applying, please check which Ryerson programs are accepting applications and review the Notice of Collection and Use of Personal Information.

The Ryerson Application has a fee of $80 payable via the OUAC. This fee covers and is limited to two program choices on the application.

The Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC)
has a Base Application Fee which covers the initial three university / program choices. There are additional charges depending on the type of application you apply on and any additional choices. These are noted in the
Summary of Fees for 105 Applicants
and the
Summary of Fees for 101 Applicants
.
- Note: For applicants that have applied to Ryerson in a previous academic year: If the name on the application has changed in any way, proof of this name change (i.e. marriage certificate, notarized statement or other legal document) must be provided.

Current/Former Ryerson Students and / or Applicants to Part Time Programs Only at Ryerson University
Exception: Applicants to the Midwifery program must apply through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) unless applying for readmission or reinstatement to the program, in which case a Ryerson application must be submitted. |
Ryerson Application (REQUIRED) and Supplementary Form Ryerson Change Form
This form is for applicants who applied using a Ryerson Undergraduate Application. Please note that if you applied using an OUAC101 or 105 application form, changes must be made directly to the OUAC using their amendment process. After your Ryerson application has been acknowledged, use this form to make changes to your application (e.g. application details, address, telephone, e-mail address, etc.) and / or add or drop a program choice (maximum of two active program choices). |

OUAC 105F Application and Supplementary Form
The mailing address that you supply on your OUAC application form will be used by Ryerson for all correspondence, including admission decisions. To avoid unnecessary delays in the processing of your application, do not use a third party mailing address (e.g. the address of a friend or relative residing in Ontario).

In particular, Ryerson reserves the right to withdraw or change academic program offerings and admission requirements at any time.
