Program Format:
Full-Time Four-Year; Full-Time Direct Entry; Part-Time Direct Entry

Degree Earned: Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Admission Requirements:

The four-year full-time program is a Grades Only program.

The full-time and the part-time Direct Entry programs are Grades Plus programs. In addition to the academic requirements listed below,  these programs select students on the basis of grades PLUS non-academic requirements.

 




Academic Requirements

Full-Time, Four-Year

  • A minimum grade of 70 % or higher will be required in Grade 12 U English/Anglais (ENG4U/EAE4U preferred) .

Full-and Part-Time Direct Entry

  • Three-year CAAT diploma in Child and Youth Work with minimum 3.0/B/70% cumulative GPA.

NOTE: Potential students with extensive work experience in the field but with post-secondary academic credentials other than the three-year CAAT diploma in Child and Youth Work will be considered on an individual basis and should apply to first year. Those with out-of-province two-year diplomas will be required to take a minimum of an additional 24 to 28 credits.
