Why should you come?

Writing does not need to be a lonely activity. In fact, we think our writing is best when we get to talk about it with others at various stages of the process.

So, that's our goal here at the Writing Centre - to help students to become better writers by engaging them in meaningful conversations about their writing.

If you get in the habit of doing this, it will become a meaningful part of your ongoing writing processes and development at Ryerson, will help you to learn the conventions of post-secondary academic writing and help you to find your own voice in that community. Who wouldn't want to do that?
