HOMEYou have reached the home of the H.E.A.R. (Human Experimental Auditory Research) Lab located at SBB231 inside the Psychology Research and Training Centre at Ryerson University, Toronto. The H.E.A.R. lab belongs to the broader B.P.A.C. (Brain, Perception and Cognition) community within the Psychology department.
The H.E.A.R. laboratory features three experimental stations in which both visual and auditory stimuli can be delivered to participants. Each station is equiped with a millisecond-accurate response timer, enabling sensitive behavioural recording.
When we're not testing, the lab also provides an environment for fostering collaborations between members of the H.E.A.R. community and beyond. The day-to-day running of the lab is conducted from here, in addition to regular lab meetings. If you find yourself interested in the research taking place in the H.E.A.R. lab, then contact us using the link at the bottom of page. Thanks for stopping by!
